To access a Notice of Hearing, click the document name in the “Notice of Hearing” column. If the “Hearing Type’ column says “No further notice - details provided in Decision/Order,” then a separate hearing notice document was not prepared for that event. You will find the event details in a prior Decision/Order under the “View Decision(s)” column.

To access an issued decision, click either the blue number on the “View Decision(s)” column or the arrow on the right-hand column of the hearing event.

Please note that if an event has not been scheduled and/or a decision has not yet issued, you will receive the message: “The decision for this event has not yet been issued.”
